Territory Manager-Clearwater
This pivotal sales role focuses on delivering a diverse range of industrial hardware solutions directly to clients within a specific region through strategic outreach and relationship-building efforts. Residency within this designated area is necessary.
Core Responsibilities:
– Proactively identify and cultivate new sales opportunities via research, referrals, and direct engagement with nearby businesses of current clients.
– Engage in both introductory and follow-up visits with potential clients.
– Deliver exceptional service as guided by corporate training initiatives.
– Produce and submit comprehensive daily reports highlighting sales transactions and prospective interactions.
– Showcase products and services to both current and potential customers via demonstration tools, including sample sets and a mobile storefront.
– Ensure the mobile store is consistently clean, operational, and effectively marketed.
– Regularly update all customer contact information using company software, maintaining accuracy in records such as names, contacts, emails, and addresses.
– Supply and manage an approved insured vehicle along with its associated expenses, which is vital for the effective oversight of the sales region. This includes various tech tools required for operations.
– Participate in continuous professional learning experiences to enhance relevant skill sets.
Qualifying Criteria:
Education & Experience:
– A high school diploma or equivalent is essential.
– Preferably possesses experience in industrial sales, notably route or regional sales.
– Demonstrated successful track record in achieving sales goals.
Required Competencies:
– Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities.
– Detail-oriented with proficiency in communicating ideas coherently both verbally and in writing.
– Familiarity with database management, spreadsheets, email systems, and standard business software.
– Prior experience with the products offered can be advantageous.

– Ability to either purchase or lease a sanctioned vehicle.
– Residency within the territory is compulsory.
