CNC Prorammer/Technician
An exciting opportunity awaits a dedicated individual in the field of Computer Numerical Control (CNC) programming and machining. Focus on creating and fine-tuning CNC programs via advanced CAD/CAM tools, interpreting intricate technical drawings with precision. This role requires someone who can efficiently program, inspect, set up, and operate CNC machinery while implementing optimal workholding and tooling strategies. Key responsibilities involve converting 3D models into executable CNC programs, optimizing machine settings for flawless execution, and ensuring high-quality output in a dynamic job shop environment. A hands-on approach, coupled with perseverance and a drive for excellence, is essential.
Qualifications include advanced proficiency in CNC programming, particularly with Fusion 360 and other CAD/CAM suites, as well as thorough knowledge of CNC Lathe and CNC Mill operations. The ideal candidate possesses over a decade of successful experience in complex material machining, is adept with HAAS equipment or Fanuc Controls, and is proficient in creating detailed setup and work instructions. A strong foundation in measurement techniques and technical drawing interpretation, especially in GD&T, is critical. The candidate must also demonstrate exceptional detail-orientation, problem-solving capabilities, and team collaboration skills.
