General Facility Manager

This role also involves diagnosing spindle failures, improving technical processes, and preparing detailed evaluation reports. The ideal candidate will strategically assign tasks to Repair Technicians based on their skill set, ensuring high-quality standards are met. Proficiency in bearing failure analysis, coupled with excellent communication and organizational skills, is essential.
