**Candidate Profile**
– Juris Doctor degree from a prestigious law school, showcasing a stellar academic background.
– Hold active Bar membership in the applicable jurisdiction and maintain good standing.
– Bring 3–7 years of substantive experience in restructuring, bankruptcy, or special situations finance.
– Well-versed in Chapter 11 proceedings, out-of-court restructuring processes, and liability management transactions.
– Proven track record representing creditors, debtors, or financial institutions in challenging financial landscapes.
– Superior drafting, analytical, and negotiation expertise.
– Experience with major law firms is an advantage.
**Core Responsibilities**
– Provide expert representation for clients facing complex insolvency and restructuring situations, both judicial and extrajudicial.
– Counsel creditors, borrowers, and investors on distressed financing and specialized financial transactions.
– Lead the drafting and negotiation of credit agreements, restructuring support documents, and similar transactional paperwork.
– Assist in navigating liability management, recapitalizations, and distressed mergers and acquisitions.
– Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams across finance, corporate, and litigation fields.

**Compensation & Benefits**
Offering a competitive salary range from $235,000 to $390,000+, determined by experience and level.
