Your expertise will encompass developing end-to-end machine learning solutions tailored to complex healthcare contexts, guiding projects from conception through production deployment. Your hands-on experience with GenAI/LLM solutions, be it through Natural Language Processing or agentic AI, will be a cornerstone of your contributions. Mastery with clinical and healthcare-related datasets, along with knowledge of regulatory implications, is crucial.

Your leadership will be pivotal in mentoring fellow scientists, influencing strategic project directions, and translating technical models into impactful clinical and business outcomes. You will thrive working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment and will guide cross-functional teams to navigate the full data science project lifecycle.

Candidates not suitable are those whose experience is primarily in traditional data engineering, BI/reporting, or who lack hands-on production experience in advanced data science. This priority role requires clear evidence of expertise in healthcare data science, advanced machine learning, and GenAI/LLMs, all underpinned by technical leadership.
