Key Responsibilities:
– Facilitate comprehensive training sessions focused on the operation, maintenance, application, and installation of industrial photolithography products.
– Create and update technical training materials, ensuring they align with the latest industry standards and client needs.
– Collaborate closely with clients and internal stakeholders to optimize training content and maintain the integrity of equipment used in training laboratories and cleanrooms.
– Validate and refine technical procedures critical to supporting field technicians and client operations.
– Deliver insightful presentations on complex technical concepts and foster a knowledge-sharing environment among peers.
– Engage with clients to better understand their training requirements and gather feedback on current program efficacy.

Qualifications:
– A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related technical discipline.
– Proven track record with 3-5 years in related roles, ideally with experience in semiconductor or photolithography equipment.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
– Flexibility with work hours and a commitment to residing near San Jose, California.
