Finance Manager

Facilitate quarterly closes through meticulous analysis and communication with investment partners, supporting their financial information needs.
Key duties include crafting detailed financial reports, overseeing fund-related transactions, and coordinating with external stakeholders to streamline investment processes. You’ll also enhance processes, empowering junior team members and leveraging AI for efficiency gains. This position requires five to eight years of real estate-focused accounting experience, ideally with a CPA designation.
