This on-site position near Kent, WA, involves the critical responsibility of ensuring the accurate preparation and dispensing of infusion medications for patients with various health needs. You will conduct clinical assessments, ensure dosing accuracy and compatibility, and prepare sterile mixtures in line with industry standards. This position requires close collaboration with healthcare teams to tailor therapy plans, offer medication advice, and facilitate care transitions. You will also handle inventory management, maintain thorough records, and uphold compliance with regulatory practices, working to enhance safety and patient outcomes consistently.
