Maintenance Technician (Plastic Injection Molding)

### Key Duties:
– Diagnose and swiftly repair mechanical failures to minimize production interruptions.
– Conduct routine maintenance and systematic checks to uphold machine performance.
– Clean and reassemble machinery components, ensuring optimal operation.
– Apply lubrication to moving parts for enhanced efficiency and longevity.
– Track and report wear and damage, facilitating timely part replacements.
– Document maintenance activities thoroughly, maintaining concise records.
– Support installation or removal of machinery as needed.
– Undertake basic facility maintenance tasks, such as minor plumbing and snow clearing.
– Adhere strictly to company protocols and safety standards.
### Professional Expertise Required:
– At least 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing setup, with a focus on mechanical, hydraulic, and electronic systems. Injection molding knowledge is preferred.
– Proficiency in high-volume manufacturing environments, specifically automotive.
– Skilled in using computers to troubleshoot Keyence barcode scanners and vision sensors.
– Familiarity with adjusting computer IP addresses is an asset.
– Strong command of safety relay systems and troubleshooting mechatronics.
– Competence in managing and repairing 24VDC sensor types and 480VAC equipment, including contactors and motors.
### Compensation:
– Work Schedule: 3rd shift (11PM to 7AM)
– Salary: $30.00 – $33.00 per hour, negotiable based on experience
