**Ideal Candidate**
– JD from a renowned law school with stellar academic credentials.
– Current Bar Admission in applicable jurisdiction.
– 2–5 years of hands-on experience in structured finance, including asset-backed securities or securitization deals.
– Experience with assets like solar loans, trade receivables, mortgages, or auto loans is preferred.
– Possesses strong skills in drafting, negotiation, and analysis for intricate finance structures.
– Previous tenure at a large law firm is highly desirable.

**Core Responsibilities**
– Offer guidance on various asset financing and securitization projects.
– Draft, negotiate, and structure complex transaction documents.
– Conduct detailed due diligence and provide strategic regulatory insights.
– Work closely with multidisciplinary teams across tax, corporate, and regulatory fields.
