You will lead and support a team of technicians, drawing on your strong organizational and leadership skills to enhance productivity and performance. You will be responsible for managing schedules, conducting regular performance evaluations, and ensuring the implementation of preventive maintenance routines. Your role also entails maintaining optimal environmental conditions within the facility, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, and serving as the primary contact for inspections and audits.
