HR Generalist
This position requires a dynamic professional who is a US Citizen or Green Card Holder, dedicated to supporting the workforce experience from recruitment to retention. Collaborating directly with the President, you’ll be pivotal in administering a spectrum of human resource operations. Your mission includes managing talent acquisition processes, overseeing onboarding, facilitating employee growth programs, and enhancing overall organizational engagement and performance.
**Core Responsibilities:**
– Drive the daily HR operational tasks, focusing on talent recruitment, new employee orientation, and development initiatives.
– Partner effectively with leadership to ensure HR communications, including policy updates, training development, and regulatory compliance are delivered seamlessly.
– Act as the primary employee touchpoint for HR matters, proactively addressing questions and resolving issues.
– Orchestrate comprehensive onboarding plans to guarantee alignment with company standards and practices.
– Stay informed about industry regulations, trends, and HR best practices, conveying significant developments to the management team.
– Advocate and contribute to strategic HR projects and talent management strategies.
– Maintain meticulous employee records and data integrity through accurate database management.

**Location and Work Environment:**
– Full-Time, hybrid capacity based in Warren, NJ.
– Daily commuting is essential for this role.

**Key Qualifications and Skills:**
– Bachelors’ degree or certification in Human Resources, or analogous professional experience.
– Minimum of 1 year in a comparable HR function, demonstrating responsibility for similar duties.
– Solid foundation in various HR domains such as staffing, employee onboarding, and developmental training.
– Skilled in Excel (formulas, pivots, v-lookups), and Word processing.
– Prior experience with HRIS platforms (preferably ADP WorkforceNow or Cornerstone) or aptitude to adapt quickly to new systems.
– Outstanding communication abilities, both written and spoken.
– Exceptional interpersonal competence, capable of addressing sensitive matters discreetly.
– Highly organized with a keen eye for detail.
– Strong problem-solving capabilities.
