**Ideal Candidate:**
You’ll need a JD from a respected ABA-accredited institution, an active bar membership in the relevant jurisdiction, and a stellar academic background. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in crafting and managing investment funds, including compliance and regulatory navigation. Expertise in private equity funds, hedge funds, and credit funds is essential. You’ll also be successful in navigating U.S. investment management laws, maintaining meticulous attention to the Investment Advisers Act of 1940.

**Key Tasks:**
You’ll guide fund sponsors and managers in creating robust investment fund structures. Drafting critical fund documents, such as private placement memoranda and partnership agreements, will be part of your daily tasks. You will also provide expert advice on compliance with securities laws and support clients with fund operations and governance.
