In this role, you will oversee all facets of on-site operations, driving projects from inception to completion. You will steer various teams, including subcontractors, ensuring timely delivery while adhering to budgetary constraints. Your strategic direction and leadership will maintain our high standards of safety, quality, and client satisfaction.

**Primary Duties Include:**
– Lead the construction of garden and podium wrap-type developments, leveraging over 8 years of relevant experience.
– Demonstrating familiarity with cast-in-place and precast garage construction is advantageous.
– Oversee and coordinate project activities, collaborating with internal teams to facilitate subcontractor negotiations and adjustments.

**Additional Expectations:**
– Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
– Provide technical guidance, fostering problem-solving and innovation.
– Monitor vendor relationships and financial flows, reviewing and validating all transactions.
– Spearhead project meetings, contribute to pre-construction bidding, and embrace travel opportunities for project mentorship and training.

**Desirable Skills:**
– Extensive experience in $40MM+ multifamily projects.
– Proficiency in garden/walk-up style builds, scheduling, and team management.
– Strong organizational talents complemented by negotiation acumen and effective communication.
