Marketing Associate
A prominent boutique law firm with offices in NYC and Miami is on the lookout for a dedicated professional to bolster their marketing and business growth strategies. This position is pivotal for amplifying the firm’s image, enhancing visibility of its legal experts, and promoting active client interaction across diverse legal practices.
**Primary Duties**
– Collaborate on crafting and implementing comprehensive marketing and growth strategies.
– Contribute to the creation and refinement of marketing content including promotional decks, client updates, website copy, and professional profiles.
– Oversee and refresh web content using CMS tools, while also spearheading SEO projects.
– Partner with legal teams to develop compelling responses for RFPs, as well as proposal materials and client demonstrations.
– Organize and manage firm-hosted events, digital seminars, and consumer-oriented activities.
– Engage in social and digital marketing tasks, from content posting to performance analysis.
– Analyze marketing metrics and generate detailed reports reflecting campaign outcomes and ROI.
– Administer marketing contact databases, mailing lists, and CRM software.
– Stay abreast of market shifts, competitor endeavors, and new growth prospects.
**Qualifications**
– Degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a similar field.
– 3-10 years experience in marketing or growth roles, ideally in legal or professional services.
– Exceptional skills in writing, editing, and verbal communication with meticulous attention to detail.
– Skilled in Microsoft Office, CRM, and email outreach platforms like Salesforce and Mailchimp.
– Competence in handling multiple projects in a dynamic, time-sensitive setting.
– Poised and professional interaction capability with lawyers and key stakeholders.
**Additional Skills**
– Experience with legal submissions and awards.
