Mechanical Design Lead – Custom Automation & Robotic Systems

Key requirements include 5 to 10 years of experience in custom machine design for industrial applications, not consumer products, and expert-level proficiency in SolidWorks. Your role will emphasize robotic integration, high-speed systems, precision power transmission, and fluid dynamics.
You will independently manage projects from conception through manufacturing, enhancing your skills in hydraulic and pneumatic integration, safety protocol analysis, and client communication. This is a high-responsibility position with no sponsorship available, and candidates must be able to commute reliably to the Brown Deer area.
