**Key Responsibilities:**
– Deliver personalized, high-quality healthcare to patients with both chronic and acute conditions, including infectious diseases.
– Manage patient appointments to optimize daily schedules, aiming for 14 patients per shift, with an expectation to scale up according to clinic demands.
– Ensure timely and accurate completion of patient records and billing documentation within 72 hours post-appointment.
– Respond promptly to clinical inquiries and follow-up on laboratory and diagnostic results.
– Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and innovative treatment strategies.
– Facilitate patient retention and engagement initiatives to maintain ongoing relationships and improve health outcomes.
– Serve as a mentor and supervisor for mid-level providers, ensuring high standards of care.
– Comply with professional development requirements, including maintaining necessary certifications.

**Qualifications:**
– Medical Degree (M.D. or D.O.) with a valid medical license.
– Previous experience in an outpatient care environment, particularly in infectious diseases.
– Certification in AAHIVM required within 18 months.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to make informed clinical decisions and efficiently manage a patient caseload.
