Plant Manager
The individual in this leadership role holds the reins of our comprehensive manufacturing hub, recognized for its complexity and strategic importance. You’ll oversee dual manufacturing sites, a remote warehouse, and a client service center, ensuring consistent delivery of safe, dependable, and superior products that bolster both our internal teams and external clients. Our location exclusively manufactures crucial items such as marbles and fiberglass pipe covers, vital to other plants and external partners. The role demands maintaining operational superiority while guiding essential capital projects like furnace overhauls and automation upgrades. Achieving success means elevating safety standards, enhancing workforce engagement, increasing production rates, enhancing quality, improving financial outcomes, and managing capital projects effectively while directing a large team in a multi-site, high-stakes setting.
