Project Manager (Structure Division)

We are in search of a seasoned professional to lead and oversee the administration and technical execution of our structural projects. You will be responsible for orchestrating project plans, directing engineering efforts, and coordinating scheduling activities. Ideal candidates will possess 4-7 years of experience managing projects such as bridges, retaining walls, pump stations, and reinforced concrete constructions. Experience in estimating is advantageous, though not mandatory.

**Key Responsibilities**
– Collaborate with division managers and estimators to organize and guide field teams.
– Define project objectives and adhere to corporate policies, including EEO and Affirmative Action.
– Foster relationships with key client representatives and participate in regular client meetings.
– Supervise on-site construction to ensure timely, budget-conscious completion.
– Handle all project-related documentation and communicate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers.
– Conduct comprehensive financial management of contracts, encompassing job cost analyses and billing.
– Develop and adapt work plans to align with project needs and ensure quality deliverables.
– Manage operational facets, maintain safety standards, and perform quality control.
– Resolve issues related to labor, materials, and contracts.
– Oversee project schedules and document control processes.

**Qualifications**
– Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a combination of technical training and relevant experience.
– Demonstrable track record in managing structural projects.
– Skills in leadership, strategic planning, risk management, and people management.

**Skills and Competencies**
– Strong work ethic with effective time management and project foresight.
– Proficiency in public contract codes, and excellent communication and computer skills.
– Aptitude in project projections and knowledge of critical path methodologies.
– Valid driver’s license.
