This position is ideal for a lawyer specializing in lender-side transactions, capable of steering complex deals from inception through to completion. This role involves assuming a high level of responsibility, with a focus on client interaction, managing intricate real estate financing projects, and collaborating in a dynamic, collaborative atmosphere.

**Candidate Profile:**
– Juris Doctor degree from a prestigious law school, with an outstanding academic record.
– Active membership and good standing with the New York State Bar.
– Minimum of six years’ experience in real estate transactions.
– Demonstrated proficiency in handling real estate financing transactions, particularly lender representation.
– Skilled in drafting, negotiating, and executing loan documentation.
– Experience in title and survey diligence processes.
– Proven track record of independently managing transactions.
– Excellent communication abilities and a strong business acumen.

**Key Responsibilities:**
– Represent clients in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions.
– Draft, review, and negotiate complex loan agreements and related documents.
– Conduct title and survey analyses, providing resolutions for any issues encountered.
– Advise clients on financing strategies and risk management.
– Manage workflow, timelines, and execution of deals independently.
– Interact directly with clients, opposing parties, and additional stakeholders.
– Collaborate with cross-functional legal teams as necessary.

– Annual salary ranging from $365,000 to $425,000, adjusted according to experience and market conditions.
