Sales Representative – Engineering

Location: Taipei, Taipei

Reporting to the General Sales Manager, you will drive revenue growth by targeting established and emerging markets in the OEM and EMS sectors. With a keen eye for new business, you will manage and expand your territory, nurturing existing client relationships while pursuing new ones. Your insightful analysis of market competition will inform strategies to enhance our competitive edge. Engage directly with clients to address both commercial and technical needs, collaborating seamlessly with regional teams to tackle sales, technical, and quality concerns. Ideal candidates have an engineering degree and at least three years of sales experience in specialty chemicals tailored to the electronics or industrial markets. A background in adhesive systems or dispensing technology is an added advantage. Proficiency in English, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to thrive under pressure are essential. Candidates must be self-motivated, service-oriented, and comfortable using technology and software for data organization and presentations. Availability of a personal vehicle and a valid driver’s license is required.
