Warehouse Manager
This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and compliant operations of our warehouse facilities, focusing on regulatory adherence, efficient processes, and staff management. The individual will be responsible for upholding compliance with the standards of local regulatory bodies including PEZA, DOLE, OSH, and DENR. You will lead the development and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures that cover all operational, safety, environmental, and compliance aspects. During audits and inspections, this position serves as the accountable representative, leading corrective and preventive action initiatives aimed at addressing any findings related to compliance and environmental issues. The role extends to comprehensive facilities management, encompassing everything from space planning to regulatory adherence. You will ensure the sourcing of necessary materials, facilitate equipment calibration, and manage vendor and contractor relationships. The position requires skills in negotiation with third-party services, overseeing maintenance and repair activities, and managing environmental permits and reporting. Additionally, you will spearhead staff training initiatives focusing on safety and compliance, enhancing the team’s ability to meet operational goals. Ideal candidates bring a strong educational background and extensive experience in Supply Chain Management, knowledge in ERP and warehouse systems, and a strong command over inventory management processes. Effective communication and leadership skills are essential, as you will be managing a diverse team and interacting with various stakeholders.
