Your responsibilities will involve crafting tailored proposals, refining project budgets and schedules, and steering critical client discussions to ensure satisfaction at every project phase. You will be accountable for the seamless integration of consultant feedback and the meticulous review of construction and design documents. Your financial acumen will be essential in managing comprehensive project finances, including contracts and invoicing.
Ideal candidates possess a Bachelor’s in Architecture, with further qualifications viewed favorably. Expertise in Revit and AutoCAD is essential, alongside strong presentation capabilities and in-depth knowledge of NYC and IBC Building Codes. This full-time hybrid role offers a competitive compensation package with an annual salary range anticipated to be between $125,000 and $170,000, complemented by an extensive benefits plan.
