Role Highlights:
- Lead and oversee projects, manage subcontractor and client interactions for each build.
- Direct construction site activities, from subcontractor selection and contracting to ensuring safety compliance and project scheduling until completion.
- Engage in contractor and vendor negotiations alongside site and production oversight.
- Execute budget management and maintain cost control throughout project phases.
Ideal Candidate
- Expertise in residential construction, with a preference for experience in custom-home development on individual plots.
- Capability to handle multiple concurrent projects, typically ranging from 8-10 at a time.
- Minimum of five years demonstrating successful operational leadership and project execution in new construction.
- Proven leadership skills with a history of managing comprehensive construction operations.
- Excellent at building effective teams and communicating clearly with clients and stakeholders.
