Home Health Sales Executive
Seeking enthusiastic professionals with a strong background in healthcare sales to drive the expansion of our home care services in San Antonio and neighboring areas. Candidates must demonstrate a high level of energy, compassionate selling tactics, and possess a successful track record in developing strategic relationships with healthcare providers and community partners that influence or provide referrals to home care services.
Key duties include championing the value of our home care programs to physicians, medical centers, long-term care facilities, and community stakeholders. This requires a proactive approach to relationship building and the ability to secure and expand referral networks with efficacy.
Ideal candidates are local experts with current connections among referral sources, bringing at least two years of demonstrable success in the home health industry. Proficiency in contact management software, astute problem-solving skills, and a capacity to operate autonomously in dynamic settings are necessary. A history of stable, reliable performance in previous roles is essential.
Experience Level: Minimum of two years in recent home health sales experience is non-negotiable.
