This role offers strategic involvement with senior management and private equity stakeholders, focusing on areas such as mergers, acquisitions, and capital growth projects. Your responsibilities will include directing tax compliance initiatives, analyzing and reporting income tax provisions, and guiding tax-related aspects of strategic investments and restructuring activities. You’ll also have the opportunity to refine tax strategies to optimize financial outcomes and cultivate relationships with tax-related entities.
