Ideal candidates will hold a Juris Doctorate from a prominent law institution and maintain impeccable academic credentials. Admission to the New York Bar is necessary. A background of 2–5 years in guiding financial institutions and corporate clients through intricate lending deals is crucial. Proficiency in acquisition, cross-border transactions, and syndicated credit arrangements is anticipated, with previous experience in a significant law firm being highly beneficial.

This role is suited for individuals with notable drafting, analytical, and negotiation skills, capable of navigating multiple projects and timeframes in a brisk work environment.

Responsibilities include representing both lenders and borrowers in diverse finance-related deals, crafting and negotiating pertinent documents, overseeing due diligence, and managing all phases of transaction execution. Collaboration with partners and clientele to formulate strategic approaches is essential, as is participating with international teams on multi-jurisdictional engagements.
