Responsibilities include interpreting insurance policies, delivering strategic counsel, engaging in document analysis for dispute resolution, and conducting comprehensive legal research. You will also participate in the drafting of pleadings, motions, and engage in depositions, hearings, and mediations. Support the firm’s litigation strategies in all phases while building client advocacy.
