Responsibilities encompass leading comprehensive design and evaluation processes, ensuring all engineering efforts align with industry standards and project specifications. The role involves developing structural designs for transmission steel supports and foundations, utilizing advanced 3D modeling tools, and optimizing material and equipment selection to align with project budgets and timelines. Moreover, the position requires oversight of cross-disciplinary coordination and accountability as a project leader.

In this capacity, you will provide mentorship to less experienced engineers, help preserve and innovate design guidelines, and foster enduring client partnerships through proactive engagement and development initiatives. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, complemented by significant practical experience in transmission line engineering. Proficiency in PLS-CADD is essential, while expertise with PLS-POLE and a PE license are advantageous. Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with standards like NESC, ASCE, and IEEE, and possess a track record of working on client-engaged assignments.
